Job summary

ENGIE Group in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to lead the IBC team and drive continuous improvement in facilities operations. The role ensures contractual obligations are met, licensing compliance is maintained, and regular inspections lead to actionable improvements.

You will support the Account Director/Manager for strategic meetings and coordinate with FMM and HTD stakeholders to resolve issues, while handling audits, KPI tracking and contractual matters to ensure smooth property

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Operations/Facilities Manager in a similar property type.
• Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the IBC team in continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are performed accordingly by the teams.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and non-statutory licensing requirements. Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Support Account Director/Manager for strategic level meetings as required.
• Arrange regular Operations meetings with FMM, HTD stakeholders and resolve pertinent issues.
• Handle and assist with audits, KPI and contractual matters

Education

Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management/Estate Management or relevant disciplines
