Job summary

engie services singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the IBC team and ensure delivery of contractual obligations within a facilities management context in Singapore.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Facilities Management and at least 5 years in a similar position, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and auditing capabilities. You will participate in strategic meetings and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management/Estate Management or relevant disciplines and minimum 5 years in similar position as Operation Manager with relevant working experience in similar property type.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the IBC team in continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are performed accordingly by the teams.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and non-statutory licensing requirements. Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Support Account Director/Manager for strategic level meetings as required.
• Arrange regular Operations meetings with FMM and HTD stakeholders and resolve issues requiring attention.
• Handle and assist with audit, KPI and contractual matters.
