Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar facilities management position.
• Relevant experience managing in facilities operations, maintenance and project works.
• Strong leadership, project management, contractor management and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage overall facilities operations, maintenance and asset performance, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate upgrading, energy efficiency, lifecycle, refurbishment and enhancement works.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Monitor M&E systems, asset condition and energy performance, recommending improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, safety standards and codes of practice.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support business continuity; handle emergency and urgent works.
• Maintain asset, maintenance and project records and prepare reports.
• Perform other related duties or projects as required.
