Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office and depot.
• Manage drivers and operational staff, including work allocation and training.
• Plan daily truck and driver schedules to meet KPIs.
• Manage fleet utilization, maintenance and breakdowns.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Monitor depot facilities and storage of materials.
• Review processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Track KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Identify root causes of delays and implement solutions.
• Ensure quality standards for services and equipment maintenance.
• Provide coaching and on-site guidance to staff.
• Handle on-site operational and customer issues.
