Job summary

JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Singapore office and depot, oversee daily operations, and drive on-time service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in waste management / portable hygiene products industry.
• Strong operations management experience.
• Experience managing drivers, operational teams and lorry/truck fleets.
• Good knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work independently and manage day-to-day operational issues.

• Plan daily truck, driver and manpower schedules
• Manage lorry/truck fleet utilisation, maintenance, inspections and breakdowns
• Conduct regular vehicle, equipment and safety inspections
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, equipment utilisation and performance
• Identify and resolve operational issues, service delays and vehicle breakdowns
• Ensure service quality and proper maintenance of portable/premium toilets
• Train, guide and manage performance of operational staff
• Handle on-site operational, technical and customer issues when required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational and fleet performance reports for management
