Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in waste management / portable hygiene products industries.
• Strong operations management experience.
• Experience managing drivers, operational teams and fleets.
• Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work independently and handle day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office and depot.
• Manage and supervise drivers and operational staff.
• Plan daily truck, driver and manpower schedules.
• Manage fleet utilisation, maintenance, inspections and breakdowns.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, equipment utilisation and performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, service delays and breakdowns.
• Ensure service quality and maintenance of portable toilets.
• Train and manage performance of operational staff.
• Handle on-site operational, technical and customer issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational and fleet performance reports for management.
