Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong operations management experience in waste management or portable hygiene products.
• Experience managing drivers, operational teams and fleets.
• Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work independently and handle day-to-day operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office and depot
• Manage and supervise drivers and operational staff
• Plan daily truck, driver and manpower schedules
• Manage lorry/truck fleet utilisation, maintenance, inspections and breakdowns
• Conduct regular vehicle, equipment and safety inspections
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, equipment utilisation and performance
• Identify and resolve operational issues, service delays and vehicle breakdowns
• Ensure service quality and proper maintenance of portable/premium toilets
• Train, guide and manage performance of operational staff
• Handle on-site operational, technical and customer issues when required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational and fleet performance reports for management
