Job summary

Re Sustainability International (Singapore) seeks an Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily waste management operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. You will manage teams, schedules, vehicles, equipment, and service delivery.

The role requires strong planning, coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving, with ability to work with clients, contractors, and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant qualifications in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily waste management operations.
• Plan manpower deployment, work assignments, and schedules.
• Supervise and support operational teams.
• Monitor vehicles, equipment, cleanliness, serviceability, and maintenance schedules.
• Manage inventory, tools, and operational resources.
• Handle and follow up on operational incidents, breakdowns, and service issues.
• Review operational data and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement improvements to work processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist management with operational matters and projects.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
