Job summary

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Operations Executive for Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore. You will act as the main operational contact for contract matters and coordinate activities across all warehouse sites.

You will ensure adequate manpower, equipment, facilities and resources, provide directions to the Operations Supervisor and ground teams, and maintain equipment readiness and records. Experience in automotive logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations and supervisory experience.
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Able to multi-task and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for contract matters.
• Oversee and coordinate operations across all warehouse sites.
• Ensure sites are supported with manpower, equipment, facilities and other operational resources.
• Provide directions to the Operations Supervisor and ground operations teams.
• Manage specialised operational equipment, ensuring proper deployment, availability and safe usage.
• Maintain equipment records, including inspection, maintenance, breakdown and repair records.
• Ensure employees operating specialised equipment are properly trained and authorised to use the equipment.
• Monitor compliance with requirements, company SOPs, security procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and operational audits.
• Review incidents involving vehicle damage, equipment damage, safety, security breaches or service failures and ensure proper investigation and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee the performance of security personnel and supporting service providers at both sites.
• Ensure proper management and readiness of CCTV, security systems, access control and other site facilities.
• Review operational records and reports to ensure documentation is complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Safety, Facilities, Security, Transport and Customer Service where necessary.
• Attend meetings, site inspections, audits and operational reviews as required.
• Escalate significant operational, safety, security, equipment or contractual issues to management where necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, security and service quality across both sites.

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is one of the Singapore leading logistics management service providers. The incumbent will be joining the team as Senior Operations Executive in our subsidiary company, Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd.

Role Description

1. Act as the main operational point of contact for contract-related matters.
2. Oversee and coordinate operations across all the warehouse sites.
3. Ensure sites are adequately supported with manpower, equipment, facilities and other operational resources.

About you
