Job summary

RACKING.SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. You will conduct morning pre‑op meetings, train staff on standard procedures, and ensure operations run to schedule while addressing customer concerns.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work outdoors across islandwide locations, with the flexibility to perform OJT and training as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned work; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staff on duty.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including proper and safe operations.
• Ensure all daily operations are carried out as per schedule.

1. 1. 6-Day Work Week (8am-7pm)
2. 2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
3. 3. Able to work outdoors in islandwide locations and able to go to multiple locations daily.
