Job summary

JD CENTRAL KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our facility in Singapore.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure SOPs are followed, monitor machine performance, train staff, and coordinate cross-departmental issues to maintain product quality and efficiency. You will also conduct daily QC checks, manage attendance and scheduling, and drive safe work practices, hygiene procedures, and resource optimization while supporting continuous

• Involve in problem solving issues with clients.
• Staff attendance and scheduling.
• In charge of training and overseeing the operations.
• Doing daily QC checks.

• Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their job expectations.
• Liaising and coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues.
• Making sure staff following SOP process.

• Any other duties as may be assigned.
