Job summary

INFINIX HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a vigilant cleaning supervisor to oversee assigned shifts and ensure daily and periodic cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule.

You will train staff in proper cleaning procedures, address customer concerns, and monitor punctuality and discipline across islandwide locations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work night shifts.
• OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to travel to islandwide locations and multiple sites daily.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar cleaning role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the assigned shift and hold a daily pre-operation meeting with staff on duties.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for employees on proper and safe cleaning using equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning tasks are carried out according to schedule.
• Attend to customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Check staff punctuality and discipline.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors and clients.

• 3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

• 6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements:

• 1. Able to work midnight shift
• 2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• 3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
• 4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
• 5. At least 1 year's experience in similar role in cleaning sector
