Job summary

Red Hat Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Consultant in Singapore to promote Red Hat solutions across ASEAN, lead medium to large projects, and mentor teams. You will design platform architectures using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and automation, while engaging enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service partners.

You will mentor others and advocate for customer-centric, value-driven solutions. You will deliver workshops, architecture reviews, and technical proposals, aligning customer needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• In-depth expertise managing multiple Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments.
• Proven expertise in operationalizing OpenShift with Service Mesh, GitOps, and serverless.
• Experience with RHEL, Satellite, and Pacemaker.
• Experience with OpenShift Virtualisation or similar platforms.
• Experience migrating workloads to OpenShift.
• Proven leadership in modern software/platform transformation projects.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation/CI/CD.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Red Hat OpenShift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern platform architectures with OpenShift and automation at scale.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to shape customer architecture decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to Red Hat and customer resources.
• Deliver architecture reviews and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and customer engineers.
• Engage in scoping, proposals, and solution demos.
• Contribute to internal methodologies and reference architectures.
• Stay current with Kubernetes and platform engineering trends.
