Job summary

Red Hat Consulting in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant to lead medium to large projects for the ASEAN region, promoting Red Hat solutions to enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners. You will design requirements and deliver solutions based on Red Hat offerings and lead project teams to ensure quality of customer deliverables.

Qualifications

10+ years in a consulting role.
Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
Deep expertise in multi-cloud Kubernetes management.
Proven ability to operationalize OpenShift with Service Mesh, GitOps, and serverless frameworks.
Experience with RHEL, Satellite, Pacemaker, and OpenShift Virtualisation.
Proven leadership in modern software/platform transformation projects.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Design and implement modern platform architectures with OpenShift and automation at scale.
Lead workshops and architecture reviews to shape customer designs.
Act as trusted advisor to Red Hat and customer teams.
Mentor junior consultants and customer engineers.
Support pre-sales efforts, including scoping and solution demos.
Contribute to Red Hat’s methodologies and reference architectures.
Stay current with Kubernetes and open-source trends.
