Job summary

COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Online Merchandising Manager to own the Electrical category's online targets, build seasonal calendars, and drive product launches. You will collaborate with category buyers, commercial merchandisers, and digital marketing to optimize range, pricing, and promotions for a high-velocity electronics assortment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in online merchandising or omni-channel category management.
• Strong retail math, sales, margins, inventory planning and pricing know-how.
• Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (GA, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own online targets for the Electrical category and manage merchandising calendars.
• Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers and marketing to optimize range, pricing and promotions.
• Work with digital marketing on acquisition, retention, and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with content, site navigation, PDPs and recommendations to maximize conversions.
• Monitor delivery lead times, stock availability and fulfillment performance.
