Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Category Management, Procurement, KAM or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales/profit improvements.
• Experience in sourcing or buying.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet category targets.
• Build and manage product assortment based on trends.
• Plan and implement promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Contribute to stock management and shrink reduction.
• Define placement strategies and planograms to improve flow.
• Formulate pricing strategies delivering value while meeting goals.
• Foster supplier partnerships to maximise terms and opportunities.
• Lead private label development within categories.
