Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive or Senior E-Commerce Executive to drive growth across online marketplaces. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to maximise revenue and brand presence.

You will manage campaigns, product listings, pricing, content updates, and partnerships with marketplaces and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in e-commerce, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to own multiple

Qualifications

• Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably with major online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, and customer journeys.
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement business improvements.
• Experience planning and executing e-commerce campaigns from start to review.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with ownership of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the e-commerce business across online platforms.
• Develop the e-commerce campaign calendar, pricing and assortment.
• Direct internal campaigns and coordinate with external enablers for execution.
• Set online marketplace strategy and ensure timely content aligned with brand.
• Manage the company website as a brand and product info hub.
• Develop online partnerships, onboarding, listings, promotions and performance management.
• Monitor key e-commerce metrics and translate insights into action.
• Coordinate stock availability and promotions with internal teams.
• Prepare performance reports with partners to ensure efficient operations.
