Klaviyo is building its APAC onboarding team in Singapore, and as Senior Onboarding Specialist you will guide new customers from sale through go-live, helping them launch first campaigns that drive revenue.

You’ll own a portfolio of onboardings, shape regional playbooks, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve integrations and onboarding experiences for APAC customers. Fluency in Business Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer onboarding or SaaS roles.
• Strong project management with multiple implementations.
• Clear, adaptable communicator across phone, video, and email.
• Experience helping users reach business goals with software.
• Creative problem-solving for customers.
• Marketing strategy knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• APAC region experience is advantageous.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Own new customer onboarding from sale through go-live.
• Lead implementation scope definition, project plans, and timelines.
• Provide strategic onboarding guidance and best practices.
• Assist customers with integrations, data setup, and marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to improve experiences.
• Document troubleshooting and build knowledge base.
