Job summary

Hoxhunt is seeking a Strategic Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise onboarding projects in APAC from Singapore, bridging technical implementation and organizational change. You will coordinate multiple stakeholder groups and shape regional onboarding processes while partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to scale initiatives.

You will join a fast-growing cybersecurity company, have a direct line to the Chief Customer Officer in Singapore, and help build scalable onboarding frameworks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale enterprise projects, ideally in SaaS, implementation, professional services, or a similar environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to navigate senior stakeholders and keep large projects on track.
• Strong technical fluency to lead an enterprise SaaS implementation and understand integrations, security, and IT environments.
• Proven change-management experience with internal communication strategy and user adoption focus.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with ability to work across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise onboarding projects end-to-end from planning to launch.
• Coordinate multiple customer stakeholder groups across business, IT, security, compliance, and leadership.
• Lead conversations translating requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define internal communication strategies and change plans to drive real user adoption.
• Drive POC projects with clear success criteria and coordinate validation and engagement toward conversion.
• Establish ownership, timelines, dependencies, and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and the APAC onboarding team as a key connector across stakeholders.
