Job summary

Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd invites applications for a Leadership Development Senior Officer on a 12-month contract. You will design, implement and evaluate leadership initiatives to strengthen managerial capabilities across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful solutions, coordinate 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, and programme delivery, and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leadership development, learning and development, organizational development or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience implementing leadership development initiatives and projects.
• Experience with 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, and leadership competencies frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable development interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Development Strategy: identify gaps and develop intervention strategies, plans and activities.
• Programme Design & Development: design initiatives, content and learning materials to enhance leadership.
• 360-Degree Feedback: coordinate end-to-end feedback exercises, configuration, onboarding, data analysis and follow-up.
• External Partner Management: collaborate with external consultants, vendors and service providers to develop solutions.
• Executive Coaching: coordinate coaching services and support leaders during engagements.
• Programme Evaluation: evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Programme Facilitation: facilitate leadership programmes, workshops and interventions as needed.

About the Role

As part of the Leadership Development (LD) team under People & Culture, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and evaluating leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial and leadership capabilities across the organization.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, management, external partners and service providers to deliver impactful leadership development solutions that support organizational and talent development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership Development Strategy: Identify leadership and managerial capability gaps, and develop appropriate intervention strategies, plans and activities to address development needs.
• Programme Design & Development: Design and develop leadership development initiatives, solutions, content and learning materials to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• 360-Degree Feedback: Coordinate and administer end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions.
• External Partner Management: Collaborate with external consultants, vendors and service providers to develop, curate and customize leadership development solutions.
• Executive Coaching: Coordinate executive coaching services and provide administrative support to management and leaders throughout the coaching engagement.
• Programme Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of leadership development initiatives, analyse feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Programme Facilitation: Facilitate leadership development programmes, workshops and interventions, where appropriate, based on relevant subject matter expertise and practical experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leadership development, learning and development, organizational development or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing leadership development initiatives and projects.
• Experience in 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching, management development programmes or leadership competency frameworks will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable development interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using new systems and technology to support programme delivery.
• Adaptable, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Contract Duration

This is a 1-year contract position, with the opportunity to contribute to key leadership development initiatives and projects within the People & Culture function.
