Job summary

GIENTECH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Mid-to-Senior Test Engineer in Singapore to build and validate mission-critical financial applications hosted on GCP and AWS. You will design non-functional test strategies, automate with Shell, Python, Ansible or Terraform, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will test BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Dataform, Compute Engine, CloudWatch, Lambda, EKS and ELB, and ensure compliance with MAS TRM/PCI DSS while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of non-functional testing methods including performance, load, failover, resilience, backup/restore, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyse architecture and requirements to design non-functional test plans and scripts.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Shell, Python, Ansible or Terraform.
• Execute performance, stress, and failover tests on GCP and AWS and analyse results.
• Ensure testing aligns with financial regulations and internal security policies and maintain audit-ready docs.
