Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and deliverables with defined scope and estimates.
• Lead internal and external testing teams and mentor members.
• Define and enforce testing processes, standards, and best practices.
• Plan test environments, data requirements, and track defects to resolution.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and metrics to senior management.
