Job summary

Radixeng is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our international team. You will design, implement, and run automated and manual tests to ensure quality and reliability of software delivered to clients.

You will mentor colleagues, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvement, with strong English communication and collaboration across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Manual testing experience with API performance and stress testing.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and analyze testing and code quality metrics to improve software reliability.
• Serve as a technical reference for software quality, mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and delivering technical guidance.
• Provide technical leadership by taking ownership of critical quality initiatives and ensuring continuity of testing activities.

As a Software Test Engineer, you will:

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests (functional and integration) to ensure the quality of software deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track defects and improvement opportunities while actively partnering with the development team to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through peer reviews, feedback, and quality metric analysis.
• Generate, monitor, and analyze testing and code quality metrics to improve overall software reliability.
• Serve as a technical reference for software quality, mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and delivering technical guidance and training.
• Provide technical leadership by taking ownership of critical quality initiatives, supporting technical decision-making, and ensuring continuity of testing activities when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience with automated functional testing and API integration testing.
• Experience with manual testing and a basic understanding of API performance and stress testing.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience working in collaborative environments, with the ability to mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Advanced to fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and read and produce technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as k6.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives or working in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience defining or improving quality assurance processes and standards within Agile software development teams.
