Qualifications

• 4 or more years of IT or networking experience.
• Experience in at least 1 to 2 domains in Data Centre or Enterprise Networks.
• Due to project sensitivity, only Singapore Citizens are considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyse incidents and technical issues impacting infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues of varying complexity.
• Ownership of assigned incidents through to closure.
• Perform proactive health checks to maintain service reliability.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless communication.
