You will partner with management to drive operational consistency, build scalable systems, and coach venue leaders. This is a strategic yet hands-on role connecting leadership with on-the-ground teams, with a track record of managing multiple sites and delivering results.

Qualifications

About Us

We are a growing hospitality and lifestyle group operating café and bar concepts across Singapore. Specialty coffee and food by day, cocktails and wine by night. We're expanding, with a second venue opening soon and more on the horizon. We're looking for a senior operator to help us scale.

The Role

This is a group-level Operations Manager role. You won't be running one venue - you'll be overseeing multiple, ensuring each one meets the same standard of excellence while supporting the teams on the ground to perform at their best. You'll work directly alongside management to drive operational consistency, build systems that scale, and be the connective layer between leadership and the venues. This is a strategic and hands-on role in equal measure.

What You'll Own

• Multi-venue oversight across all active outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, SOPs, and operational performance
• Supporting and developing venue-level managers and ops leads, coaching them to run their floors independently
• Owning the group P&L lens - manpower costs, cost of goods, wastage, and overall outlet performance across venues
• Driving operational readiness for new venue openings, including pre-opening setup, team training, and systems implementation
• Building and refining SOPs, workflows, and training frameworks that work across a growing portfolio
• Coordinating across departments - kitchen, bar, floor, marketing, and partnerships - to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Acting as the escalation point for operational issues across all venues

Who You Are

• 5 to 8 years in F&B or hospitality operations, with experience managing more than one venue simultaneously
• You've held P&L responsibility and understand the commercial levers that move the numbers
• A strong people leader - you develop managers, not just manage staff
• Systems-minded but hands-on. You build frameworks and then roll up your sleeves when needed
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and able to hold the line on standards without micromanaging
• Experience with new venue openings is a strong plus
• Singapore F&B scene knowledge and existing industry relationships are a bonus
