Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager to plan menus with chefs and staff.
• Coordinate provisioning, purchasing, and cost estimation for food and beverages.
• Hit financial targets and lead shifts while upholding service standards.
• Directly hire, train, and schedule food service personnel.
• Resolve complaints related to food quality and service.
• Ensure proper equipment condition and maintain stock levels.
• Prepare itemized checks and manage POS operations.
• Supervise two or more restaurant outlets.
