Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff Component Validation Engineer to lead validation development for advanced HBM products and build scalable testing infrastructure. You will optimize test flows, mentor junior engineers, and own validation platform health across sites.

As a SME in HBM validation, you will drive standardization, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and push for continuous improvement in test methodologies and data analysis using C/C++, Python, and APG on high‑speed memory

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related).
5+ years hands-on test pattern and code development using C/C++ and Python on ATE.
5+ years technical experience as Product Development Engineering lead.

Responsibilities

Drive and develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation.
Deliver timely test program releases aligned with validation milestones and drive code quality, reviews, and release best‑practices.
Drive test time optimization and parallelism improvements.
Drive test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment.
Drive test program debug on multiple testers.
Coach and develop technical growth of other engineers in validation approaches and reporting standards.
