Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join its Mobile Growth team. You will own the client-side architecture behind user acquisition, referrals, virality, rewards, and ROI-focused funnels for millions of users.

You will lead the evolution of the mobile attribution system and build scalable growth infrastructure, including funnel instrumentation and experiment frameworks, while applying AI-assisted development tools across workflows.

• Deep expertise in growth mechanics and mobile attribution.

A leading global crypto exchange — trusted by millions of retail users and hundreds of institutions worldwide, and backed by Proof of Reserves — is looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join its Mobile Growth team.

This isn't a typical feature-delivery role. You'll own the client-side architecture behind new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users. You'll also lead the evolution of the mobile attribution system — MMP integration, attribution modelling, anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation.

What you'll be doing:

Own client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — acquisition, referral/virality loops, reward mechanics, and engagement systems. Design and evolve the mobile attribution system end-to-end. Build and optimise growth infrastructure, including funnel instrumentation and experiment frameworks. Work closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to turn commercial goals into engineering proposals. Apply AI coding tools actively — building and maintaining your own AI-assisted development workflows, not just using them ad hoc.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in growth mechanics (referral, virality, reward/activity systems) and mobile attribution (hands-on with MMPs, anti-fraud, ROI evaluation).
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development.
• Strong data instincts and a proposal-driven, outspoken communication style — you bring a point of view and a counter-proposal, not just concerns.
• Nice to have: iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) experience, or backend experience serving mobile growth systems; depth in MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork; experience with referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud; A/B experiment framework ownership; ASO experience; fintech/crypto background; experience across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
