Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams to drive standardization and efficiency across the network.
• Lead global area alignment teams to address chronic issues and close gaps to standardization BKMs.
• Coordinate with area TPM coordinators to train, mentor and prioritize work for TPM core teams.
• Drive SEAL System deployment and sustainment, including audits and adoption across sites.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure timely delivery of alignment initiatives.
