Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is seeking a TPM-focused professional to drive alignment programs across TPM core teams and task forces. You will lead efforts to standardize processes, improve tool utilization, and reduce operating costs while coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes cross-site collaboration, development of PM procedures, and coaching to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and quality across semiconductor operations.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams and task force teams to drive BKM alignment and network standardization.
• Identify and drive improvements in Tool Utilization to meet BIC standards and achieve OPEX and CAPEX savings.
• Lead cost reduction efforts by performing Power Walks and aligning PM parts frequency to reduce OPEX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams and task force teams across the network to drive BKM alignment and network standardization, improving efficiency and performance in each of the Pillars.
• Identify and drive improvements in Tool Utilization to meet BIC standards, eliminate low utilization tools, and generate OPEX and CAPEX savings.
• Manage speed initiatives including ESTA to drive BKM sharing and improve machine mismatch and defect performance.
• Oversee quality initiatives, aligning PM procedures for shared workstations and preventing recurrence of defects.
• Lead cost reduction efforts by executing Power Walks and aligning PM parts frequency to reduce OPEX spending.
• Support people development by creating TLP development programs and Engage/Voice improvements.
• Lead global area TPM core alignment teams to address chronic issues and deploy standards via TPM Core/Steering meetings.
• Drive implementation plans for your area, define metrics, and report progress to site leadership.
• Coordinate with CPEE counterparts to define technical paths to closure and standards for deployment.
• Train and mentor area TPM core teams to certify readiness at each step.
