Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced TPM Program Lead to develop and implement cross-network alignment initiatives. You will drive BKM standardization, improve tool utilization, and lead cost-reduction efforts across multiple fab areas while coaching teams and advancing global standards.

The role requires coordinating with TPM cores, CPEE, and OCT teams to ensure timely execution of improvement plans and sustainable practices across production areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams and task forces to drive BKM alignment and network standardization.
• Identify and drive improvements in Tool Utilization to meet BIC standards, removing underused tools and aligning BKMs network-wide.
• Manage speed initiatives, including ESTA, to share BKMs across technologies and improve machine mismatch and defects.
• Oversee quality initiatives, aligning PM procedures for shared workstations, post-maintenance qualifications, scrap reduction, and GDM recurrence prevention.
• Lead cost reduction via Power Walks to improve labor efficiency and reduce OPEX through parts frequency alignment.
• Support people development by creating TLP development programs and Engage/Voice improvements, tying matrices to measure program effectiveness.
• Lead global TPM core alignment teams to address chronic issues and eliminate wastes; close area alignment projects and share lessons for standards.
• Drive implementation plans, define success metrics, and report progress to site leadership and TPM Core Team Alignment.
• Coordinate with CPEE counterparts to define technical paths to closure and standards for deployment, implementation and audit.
• Work with OCT TPM coordinators to train, coach, mentor, and prioritize work for area TPM core teams.
• Consolidate BKMs identified by TPM core teams monthly and attend TPM Core/Steering team meetings to share BKMs.
• Track TPM core team network alignment to workstation BKMs and establish a library of BKMs across the network.
• Partner with customers and IT teams to develop SEAL Standardized Systems and coach on BKM implementation requirements.
• Define area implementation plans with Task Force leads and area leadership, ensuring accountability.
• Conduct real-time assessments of SEAL BKM implementations and close gaps to target adoption.
• Perform BKM Audits for SEAL systems and report findings to drive action to closure.
• Identify and remove duplicate systems to improve efficiency and meet implementation timelines.
• Demonstrate coaching and leadership of projects with technical support and team morale.
• Maintain alignment with Fab groups and Central Team and coordinate with area DAM meetings.
• Attend Area Risk Assessment Control Board meetings to provide recommendations and report progress.
• Maintain alignment direction with OCT Alignment Manager and Site Area Manager and collaborate across functions.
• Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area knowledge and keep partners informed of project status.
• Stay up-to-date on Fab manufacturing and set clear personal development goals aligned with company goals.
• Use coaches/mentors to develop skills, manage time/resources, and demonstrate commitment to quality.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment safety and AI literacy for responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
