Job summary
Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Messaging Engineer to administer and support enterprise messaging services, focusing on Exchange 2016+ and Exchange Online in hybrid environments. You will manage mailboxes, mail flow, and security controls, while implementing automation via PowerShell and collaborating with networking and security teams.
The role requires deep knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS, and email routing, plus strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills in a global
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Messaging Engineering, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, or Email Security.
- Hands-on Exchange 2016+ and Exchange Online with hybrid environments.
- Experience with Cisco IronPort and Defender for Office 365 is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 administration and escalation support for enterprise messaging services.
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, configurations, quotas, and PowerShell administration.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, routing, connectors, and security controls.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational improvements.
- Support incidents, changes, and releases for messaging services.
- Work with networking and security teams on DNS, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge bases.
