Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Exchange Administrator to design, deploy and manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments across on-premises and hybrid configurations.

You will monitor performance and reliability for enterprise email services. The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, Active Directory integration, backup/DR procedures, security policy enforcement, and collaboration with IT teams to align email infrastructure with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience administering and managing Exchange Server environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, components, and functionality.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and user provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with analytical mindset.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for email systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments in on-premises and hybrid configurations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal email service delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex Exchange Server issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and resource management within Active Directory.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for email systems.
• Implement and enforce security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection measures.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades while minimizing downtime.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange Server with other enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for knowledge management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users.
• Analyze and optimize email system costs and resource utilization.
