Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience administering and managing Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, components, and functionality.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and user provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with analytical mindset.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for email systems.
• Solid understanding of email security, compliance, and data protection principles.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication abilities and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments across on-premises and hybrid configurations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure email service delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex Exchange Server issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and resource management within Active Directory.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for email systems.
• Implement and enforce security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection measures.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades while minimizing downtime.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
