Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Microsoft Exchange Server Hands-on Support Engineer to manage enterprise-scale messaging infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless operations and drive automation for complex technical challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing multi-site data centres, demonstrating strong scripting skills and proven technical expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role managing multi-site data centres with at least 5,000 mailboxes.
• Strong scripting experience in Shell, Bash, and Python.
• Proven track record in building software and systems for infrastructure and application automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory environments.
• Build software and systems to manage infrastructure through automation.
• Assess and implement service requests and change requests.

Skills

Hands-on experience in managing multi-site data centres

Strong scripting in Shell, Bash, and Python

Technical operation skills in Enterprise Windows Exchange

Communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with ITIL processes

Familiarity with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies

Education

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
