AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Senior Exchange Engineer for our Exchange Operations team in Singapore.

The role covers on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online within Microsoft 365 in a hybrid setup. Responsibilities include high-availability messaging, mail flow, DAGs, migrations, and global collaboration across infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing Exchange environments, strong PowerShell skills, and experience with automation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Server in a large enterprise.
Minimum 2 years of experience administering Exchange Online within Microsoft 365.
Strong experience with Exchange Hybrid configurations, SMTP routing, connectors, certificates, DAGs, and mailbox migrations.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments.
Manage Exchange Hybrid configurations, mail flow, SMTP routing, connectors, certificates, DAGs, and mailbox migrations.
Develop and maintain automation and reporting solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes; provide production support.
