Job summary

AECOM Cost Consulting and Project Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites a senior MEP professional to join our hybrid-work environment in Singapore. You will provide general support and advisory on mechanical and electrical services, develop design briefs, evaluate contractor proposals, and conduct cost analyses for complex projects.

With 8+ years of postgraduate experience in design, supervision, cost estimation and contract administration, you will liaise with clients and attend meetings,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University.
• 8+ years postgraduate experience in design, supervision, project management, cost estimate, tendering, and contract administration (senior position).
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; good communication and written skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Providing general support & advice on various aspects of mechanical & electrical services.
• Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services.
• Evaluating Contractor's design proposals and specifications.
• Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services.
• Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients on MEP matters.
• Prepare contract documents and measure quantities for MEP work elements.
