AECOM is seeking a cost professional to support MEP services in Singapore. You will conduct cost analyses, prepare estimates, and interpret drawings to manage MEP project costs. You will contribute to contract administration, quantify MEP work, and assess changes with clients and contractors.

With a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, you will work on diverse projects, joining a global team committed to delivering infrastructure excellence.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years postgraduate experience in project management, cost estimate, tendering or contract administration.
• Good interpersonal and written English communication.

Job Description

• Provide support on various aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services.
• Carry out cost analyses and prepare cost estimates for MEP services.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate MEP project costs.
• Prepare and manage MEP contracts, including main and nominated sub‑contracts.
• Measure and take off quantities for MEP work elements.
• Assess variation orders and prepare interim valuations.
• Compile and administer contract documents for execution.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of MEP works.
• Prepare and agree on final accounts for MEP projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on MEP matters; attend meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University/Institution
• At least 3 years postgraduate experience in the project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines may be considered for Senior Position
• Responsible, self‑motivated and enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good communication and written skills in English
• Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
