Job summary

AECOM is seeking a cost professional to support MEP services in Singapore. You will conduct cost analyses, prepare estimates, and interpret drawings to manage MEP project costs. You will contribute to contract administration, quantify MEP work, and assess changes with clients and contractors.

With a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, you will work on diverse projects, joining a global team committed to delivering infrastructure excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
• At least 3 years postgraduate experience in project management, cost estimate, tendering or contract administration.
• Good interpersonal and written English communication.
• Self-motivated, responsible and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services.
• Carry out cost analyses and prepare MEP cost estimates.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to calculate project costs.
• Prepare and manage MEP contracts including main and sub‑contracts.
• Measure quantities for MEP work elements.
• Assess variation orders and prepare interim valuations.
• Compile and administer contract documents for execution.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of MEP works.
• Prepare final accounts for MEP projects and liaise with clients and contractors.
