Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a MedTech Sales role in Singapore. You will drive key account sales, build strong customer relationships, and support product education to improve patient outcomes.

The position requires 3–5 years of relevant medical device sales experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to work weekends. You will collaborate with marketing and franchise teams, manage account information, and contribute to portfolio strategy while delivering

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or Business is required.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales record, preference for medical device products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and work well in a team environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and a drive to excel in a customer-centric, innovative organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a matrix environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to thrive in a multi-cultural setting; comfortable in a high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed assigned account sales targets in key accounts.
• Identify development opportunities to increase unit growth, profitability and market share.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through relationships, product support and services.
• Improve customer-delivered health care services through in-service education and training.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and franchise teams and other Johnson & Johnson units on sales meetings and account development.
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely reports on account activity.
• Enhance product knowledge and selling skills to differentiate J&J from competitors.
• Manage samples and sales-related expenses within forecast/guidelines.
• Engage in portfolio management and set strategic directions based on customer needs and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product, procedural, competitor and market knowledge.
• Identify opportunities in existing and new accounts and foster collaboration with opinion leaders and the company.
• Undertake other duties as needed for business advancement.
