Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Singapore seeks a MedTech Sales professional to build and manage strong relationships with key accounts while delivering expert clinical support for the Biosense Webster portfolio.

You will drive adoption of 3D mapping technologies, lead training for EP technicians, and collaborate with Marketing on launches and education, sustaining up-to-date product knowledge and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably within Electrophysiology or Cardiology.
• EP Technician with hands-on Electrophysiology exposure is preferred.
• CEPIA (Australia) and IBHRE certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work extended and irregular hours, including weekends, as required.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, openness to learning, strong attention to detail, and a desire for continuous growth.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering strong customer relationships, clinical product support, and value‑added services.
• Provide expert clinical support for electrophysiology procedures across Singapore.
• Drive adoption of 3D mapping technologies by leveraging clinical evidence and outcomes data.
• Identify business development opportunities to drive unit growth, profitability, and market share within assigned key accounts.
• Support improvements in healthcare delivery through education and training for clinicians and technical staff, where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely account information, reports, and customer records.
• Continuously strengthen product knowledge to deliver differentiated service and value versus competitors.
• Partner closely with Marketing teams to support new product launches, meetings, and training initiatives.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for Electrophysiology (EP) Technicians.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Biosense Webster products, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
• Develop and nurture proctors and clinical advocates within the Biosense Webster portfolio and focus segments.
• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Education Manager to support effective execution of ProfEd & CommEd activities.
• Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure launch readiness and execute post‑launch measurements within the assigned territory.
• Consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance in accordance with the Johnson & Johnson Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and all relevant policies and procedures.

Education
