Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Mechanical Facilities Engineer to ensure smooth operations of building facilities and infrastructure. You will lead a team, supervise maintenance, and drive efficiency, safety, and sustainability across mechanical systems and services.

The role requires a diploma/degree in mechanical engineering with 3+ years in facilities management, strong technical knowledge of FM and HVAC, and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or building services.
• Strong knowledge of FM, mechanical/HVAC systems, or building maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills; 5.5 days work week; NE Singapore location.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and lead mechanical and building facilities maintenance activities.
• Investigate root causes of M&E faults and report findings.
• Coordinate M&E installation and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and reports to client and project team.
