Job summary

KIM YEW INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team ensuring smooth M&E operations and timely resolution of maintenance issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services, with at least 3 years of Facilities Management experience. Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems is essential for this role.

The position operates on a schedule of 5.5 workdays per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management industry with 3 years in M&E Facilities Maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, ACMV, Chiller, and Fire Protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for operational efficiency.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for quality project oversight.
