Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, Assembly & Test operations, quality engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AT manufacturing processes and systems (Assembly, Test/Post-E, Module/SSD, HBM/PWF).
• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site improvement programs in a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives to identify and eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across AT sites.
• Validate touchpoints onsite, identify quality risks, and propose improvements.
• Develop and deploy scalable solutions through automation, system automation, and AI-enabled quality.
• Drive end-to-end redesign initiatives to remove manual touchpoints upfront.
• Govern program strategy and align across all AT sites for consistent execution.
• Replicate and scale proven solutions across AT sites via deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with partners to align initiatives and roadmaps for global rollout.
• Establish KPIs and scorecards to measure touchpoint elimination and progress.
