Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Engineer in Singapore to lead quality improvements across MRB, 8D, and related processes.

You will collaborate with Global Quality, Product Engineering, and Central Teams to address customer quality issues and drive performance metrics. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication across functions, and the ability to apply AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes within a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Material/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and coordinating abilities across teams.
• Ability to apply AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools for research and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in MRB and 8D meetings to address quality deviations.
• Collaborate with Area Process/Equipment Owners and Central Teams on quality issues.
• Develop and monitor quality performance metrics and drive continual improvement.
• Lead projects to drive quality improvement and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
