Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Engineer to support site quality activities and drive continual improvement. You will partner with process owners and global teams to address quality deviations, participate in MRB and 8D activities, and leverage AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and collaboration.

The role requires a degree in a relevant engineering field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Materials/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and track record of impact.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.

Responsibilities

• Work with Area Process/Equipment Owners to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirements.
• Manage quality deviation and drive closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive deviation reduction and continual improvement.
• Perform Data Mining as part of problem solving.
• Lead projects to drive Quality improvement initiatives.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
