Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, MCT Operations Quality to lead global quality initiatives across Assembly & Test sites.

You will champion a quality-first culture and drive automation, data-driven improvements, and scalable solutions to reduce manual touchpoints and operational errors. You will collaborate with Global AT sites, Global Quality, and cross-functional teams to establish KPIs, implement AI-enabled dashboards, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Assembly & Test operations, quality engineering, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes and systems, including Assembly, Test/Post-E, Module/SSD, HBM/PWF.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site improvement programs in a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in driving process optimization, automation, quality improvement.
• Strong analytical and system-thinking capabilities with the ability to identify root cause, quality risks, and process inefficiencies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel. Working knowledge of SQL, Python and AI to analyze data, automate analysis, and support data-driven solutions will be an advantage.

• Lead global initiatives to eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across Assembly, Test/Post E, Module/SSD, and HBM/PWF areas.
• Conduct onsite validation of manual touchpoints and propose improvements.
• Develop and deploy scalable solutions through physical automation, system automation, and AI-enabled quality solutions.
• Drive end-to-end redesign initiatives to remove manual touchpoints upfront.
• Govern program strategy and drive replication of solutions across Global AT sites.
• Align with partners on initiatives and roadmaps for successful implementation.
• Establish KPIs and scorecards to track risk reduction and timeline adherence.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards integrating manufacturing systems for proactive quality risk detection.
