Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer to lead MRB activities, drive data-driven decisions, and coordinate with AT operations and supply chain to mitigate quality events in assembly and test.

The role requires a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, MRB processes, and reliability risk assessment, with a focus on data collection and analysis to drive recovery actions and issue resolution.

Formación

• Experience with MRB (material review board) and proper reliability risk assessment.
• Ability to analyze data (yield trends, Pareto, lot correlation) to support MRB decisions.
• Strong foundation in semiconductor manufacturing systems and factory physics.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate MRB for Micron-induced quality events and rescreen meetings.
• Containment and disposition of materials; propose risk assessments with MRB stakeholders.
• Guide LMRB team on dispositions; present GMRB issues to GQ management.
