Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Quality Management System Engineer to own and improve QMS processes, ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, and drive end-to-end quality improvements across manufacturing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, support audits, and leverage AI/RPA tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining rigorous documentation. Ideal candidates have engineering degrees, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of AI tools and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve QMS processes; drive end-to-end process clarity and documentation.
• Ensure and improve compliance (ISO 9001; IATF 16949 where applicable) with audits and findings closure.
• Collect inputs from stakeholders and cascade QMS changes to site teams.
• Track KPIs related to QMS processes and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and supporting internal and external audits.
• Leverage AI/RPA tools to enhance effectiveness and drive efficiency in QMS.
