Job summary

You will collaborate with Global AT, Quality and cross-functional teams, develop AI-enabled dashboards and scalable automation solutions, and establish KPIs to track progress toward quality and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Assembly & Test operations, quality engineering, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes and systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site improvement programs.
• Proven track record in driving process optimization, automation, and quality improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; SQL, Python, and AI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives to identify and eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across Assembly, Test/Post E, Module/SSD, HBM/PWF areas.
• Conduct onsite validation of the manual touchpoints and propose improvements to eliminate them.
• Develop and deploy scalable automation/robotics, system automation, and AI-enabled quality solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs on end-to-end redesigns to remove manual touchpoints upfront.
• Govern program strategy and ensure consistent deployment across all AT sites.
• Align with partners on initiatives and roadmap for successful global implementation.
• Establish KPIs and scorecards to measure progress and drive teams to meet timelines.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards that integrate manufacturing systems for proactive quality monitoring.
